The rules for using the service.

The service

Verbale.ai is provided by Lunardelli Labs di Lunardelli Alessio (Italian VAT no. 02361570506), hereafter ‘Verbale.ai’, contactable at info@verbale.ai.

Verbale.ai is software for uploading audio or video files and generating transcripts, speaker diarization, structured summaries and document exports. Some features are available free; others require a paid plan or top-up.

Using the service means accepting these terms, the Privacy Policy and the Subscription Management terms.

Accounts and security

• users must provide accurate information and keep their credentials confidential;
• accounts are personal unless otherwise agreed in writing for enterprise environments;
• users are responsible for activities performed through their accounts;
• report unauthorized access or suspected abuse promptly to info@verbale.ai.

Acceptable use and uploaded content

Users remain responsible for uploaded content, the legal bases required to process it and compliance with applicable privacy, confidentiality, copyright and professional secrecy rules.

• do not upload unlawful, harmful or fraudulent content, or content for which you lack the necessary rights;
• do not use the service for abusive testing, hostile scraping, reverse engineering or bypassing technical limits;
• do not attempt to bypass security controls, rate limits or access restrictions.

Output, accuracy and human review

Transcripts and summaries are generated by software and automated models. Although designed for professional use, outputs must be reviewed by the user before formal adoption, publication or use in sensitive contexts.

Verbale.ai does not guarantee complete freedom from errors, omissions or incorrect speaker interpretation, or uninterrupted availability. Users are responsible for the final review of generated documents.

Plans, renewals and customer portal

• Starter, Pro and Business are monthly subscriptions that renew automatically until cancelled;
• top-ups are separate, one-off purchases with no expiry;
• prices displayed to consumers are final and are not increased at checkout;
• renewals, payment methods, upgrades, downgrades and self-service cancellation are managed through the app's billing portal;
• specific rules on renewals, stopping renewals and billing support are on the Subscription Management page.

Service availability and support

Verbale.ai may introduce maintenance, updates, security limits, technical suspensions or feature changes needed for the product to operate correctly. We will make reasonable efforts to reduce disruption and respond to support requests within a reasonable time.
